We’ll even refund for up to 1 hour of parking in Southport to make the whole experience totally stress free.

Simply choose the item you wish to buy, pay for it at the checkout page and let us know in the ‘Notes’ Section, that you would like to collect instore. All we ask is 48 hours to process your order. We will then contact you via email or telephone to confirm your order details and when it will be ready for collection.

When can I collect my shopping?

You can collect your order according to the opening times of Rebecca’s store. See our ‘About us‘ page for details

When our team contacts you about your order we will be able to give you an approximate time of when your order will be available to collect, this will save a wasted journey in to the store. If you are late for your order, we will continue to hold it securely until you are ready. If you are early for your collection, your order may not be ready and we might ask you to call back.

Where do I collect my shopping?

You can collect your order from our Southport store on Lord St once it is ready. Just come into the store and speak to one of our sales team.

What proof of ID do I need to bring?

Please bring the credit/ debit card you used online to pay for the goods. Also because the goods being ordered are often ‘high value items’, we ask that you are able to present a photographic form of ID. We cannot give you the order without any of these forms of ID so it is important that you bring these with you.

Can someone else collect my order?

The person who ordered the goods online must collect the order. This ensures the order process is secure as possible for our customers.

How much does it cost?

Collection is free at our Southport store, with 1 hour parking refunded.

Will my order be gift-wrapped?

If you have specified to have your item gift wrapped as you go through the checkout process, we will do this in store once you have viewed the purchase. This is to ensure any sizing is correct and that you are happy with your purchase.
