DELIVERY INFORMATION

As of Monday 13th May 2013 we will be taking internet orders from Western Europe and the Republic of Ireland as well as the UK

 

  • Countries of Western Europe we will dispatch to include;- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Faroe Islands, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Holland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Republic of Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

 

  • Upon dispatch all items will have extra insurance included in the delivery charge – the cost for this varies according to the value of the item ordered.
  • When completing checkout, to avoid delays in dispatch – please be sure to add the delivery option suitable for the value of the item(s) you are purchasing.
  • Your orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size, weight and value of items. Normally this will be Royal Mail – Special Delivery (or First Class Recorded for items of less than £35).
  • Multiple item orders of high value may have to be dispatched in separate packages.
  • Guaranteed next day dispatch on successful transactions – orders must be placed before 3:00pm.
  • We reserve the right to place a hold on delivery should the transaction appear suspicious in any way – We will only dispatch to credit card billing addresses (all delivery and billing address details must match). Security checks that are carried out through sage pay are very stringent, therefore you should ensure that your address details etc. are entered exactly as they appear on your credit / debit card statements. Unmatched details are the most likely reason for your transaction not being approved upon checkout completion.
  • Occasionally we may, in certain circumstances, ask for further proof of identity before the dispatch of goods purchased can take place. This can either be a scanned copy of a Utility bill, Id card or Passport.
  • Certain items, in particular gold jewellery may have to be ordered from our suppliers and can take up to 14 days before they are ready for dispatch. These items will have notification of such in their product description. In any case – customers will normally receive notification of dispatch or change in order status via e-mail.
  • A signature will be required on receipt of goods.
  • If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
  • Unfortunately we cannot dispatch items for delivery on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your dispatch to take place the next working day.
  • In the event of a Royal Mail strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to avoid delays to your delivery.
