How it Works
1. Order your 'FREE GOLD PACK' using
the form to the right of this page.
2.
Gather all your gold, platinum, jewellery or gold coins together that
you wish to send and enter the quantity of each in the boxes on the back
of the 'GOLD PACK' leaflet.
3.
Fill in your contact details, sign the declaration on the back of the
'GOLD PACK' leaflet, then place all the items into the padded bag provided
and seal it (you may want to add tape to thoroughly seal the bag).
4.
Place the padded bag and the completed form into the enclosed Royal Mail
Special Delivery envelope. Then TAKE IT TO YOUR NEAREST POST OFFICE. It
will not cost you anything to send it to us and your package is insured
for up to £500.
If you think your jewellery is worth more than £500. You can increase the insurance level at the post office counter. Keep your Royal Mail receipt safe. We will refund this cost of extra insurance when we buy your gold.
We will then contact you!
We usually let you know (by Phone or e-mail) within 24 hours of receiving your gold what our best price offer is. If you are happy we will then arrange payment immediately. We will send funds via a CHEQUE or even PAY BY CASH*. In the unlikely event you are not delighted with our offer, we will promptly return your gold - again at no extra cost to you (See our Terms & Conditions). We are happy to make this commitment because we offer a fantastic service and pay the best prices - We know you will be delighted!
