N.B. – All our Rolex watches are now shipped in our own Rebecca’s Jewellers branded watch boxes. Where possible, if an ‘Oyster Perpetual Rolex Box’ is still present we will of course dispatch in the original Rolex watch box.
Upon dispatch, all items of jewellery from Rebecca’s Jewellers will have extra insurance included in the delivery charge.
Your orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size, weight and value of items. Normally, this will be Royal Mail First Class – Special Delivery.
Multiple item orders of high-value may have to be dispatched in separate packages.
Guaranteed next day delivery is available on all successful transactions – only available on orders made before 3:00pm.
At Rebecca’s Jewellers, we reserve the right to place a hold on delivery should the transaction appear suspicious in any way. We will only dispatch to credit card billing addresses, in which your billing and delivery address must match.
Security checks that are carried out through SagePay are very stringent, therefore you should ensure that you address details etc. are entered exactly as they appear on your credit/debit card statements. Unmatched details are the most likely reason for your transaction not being approved upon checkout completion.
Occasionally we may, in certain circumstances, ask for further proof of identity before the dispatch of goods purchased can take place. This can either be a scanned copy of a utility bill, ID card or Passport.
Certain items, particularly gold jewellery, may have to be ordered from our suppliers and can take up to 14 days before they are ready for dispatch. These items will have notification of such in their product description. In any case, customers will normally receive notification of dispatch or change in order status via e-mail.
A signature will be required on receipt of goods.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Unfortunately, we cannot dispatch items for delivery on a bank holiday. In the instance, please expect your dispatch to take place the next working day.
In the event of a Royal Mail strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to avoid any delay to your delivery.
